Cheetos & Other Snacks Might Be Banned

Image
Cheetos & Other Snacks Might Be Banned but Will It Affect The US Lawmakers sent Governor Gavin Newsom a bill to ban schools from distributing or selling products containing six common food dyes.  The food dyes included in the bill are Red 40, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Blue 2, Green 3. The purpose of the food additives is to help products maintain their color, taste, and texture. If the bill is passed, the ban would go into effect at the beginning in 2028 which is a few years from now. The bill applies to Cailfornia schools for now. This means that if the bill is passed, products with the dyes will still be allowed to sell in the state. If the bill is approved and made a law, it will end snacks like Flaming Hot Cheetos in California schools. Well, Flaming Hot Cheetos is not the only thing to be banned, Doritos chips also have the food coloring. Cereal too also like Fruity Pebbles and Fruit Loops. They also believe that the ingredients are dangerous, harmful to children and affect the way

Employee Died at Wells Fargo

Employee Died at Wells Fargo An Employee at Wells Fargo has died at a Corporate Office in Tempe Florida. Denise Prudhomme has clocked in on a Friday morning, the last day of work for some. This is also the week before the Labor Day where people travel, go visit family, see friends, BBQ and then you have some where they would still work on that day. Her body was found some days later still at her cubicle desk. Somebody should've saw her still sitting there, not moving, not eating and maybe not moving to going the restroom. I know it's a Friday, the last day of work for some and sometimes most people be ready to go. But this lady was 60 years old working to pay bills or has retired and still want to work on the side like a side hustle or something. There were no further scans since 7 AM that morning, what a long day  for a 60-year-old lady. So, wait there was security on the site at the building😕reporting that a person was possible dead. 😕 ( Sounds confusing ) Employees share

Girls would get this doll house toy to put it in their pocket because it was that small.  Polly Pocket  is a toy line of dolls and accessories first founded and designed by Chris Wiggs in 1983.  Polly Pocket was first designed by Chris Wiggs in 1983 for his daughter Kate. Chris used  a  makeup powder compact , he fashioned a small house for the tiny doll. Now there is an actual Polly Pocket BNB House in Massachusetts that you can rent. The guess can play on, see, and touch on Polly Pocket things. If you want to stay, there its $89 a Nite per person or you can take a day visit for $39 bucks. There is also Polly Pocket cartoons and dolls. Polly Pocket toys are still being sold in stores today. Everyone has seen a tiny house before, but a Polly Pocket House is a very small doll house. Is there a copyright feud between Temu and Shein

Image
Copyright Feud between Shein Temu  Shein and Temu are two good websites with nice products and low prices. Shein has filed another lawsuit against the competitor Temu of stealing its designs, copying its product images and engaging in other types of fraud. The complaint files in a Washington federal court this week. It alleges that Temu encourages sellers to buy counterfeited items and stolen designs. Even thou Shein has filed a lawsuit against Temu but Shein has some lawsuits of its own. There are some allegations that Shein itself is the target of lawsuits from different designers and brands have accused the company of selling the same items and by stealing designs. But these two companies are no stranger to each other in the court room, they have sued each other before. Now Shein alleges that Temu isn't a marketplace at all that they control every aspect of its seller activity. That the company directs what products that they can list and prices that can sell. Big Changes For Realtors

Image
Big Changes for Realtors Real estate agents across the United States are getting ready for a major change in how they do business.  These changes are part of a $418 million settlement announced by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in March.  Starting on August 17, new rules will change how Realtors get paid.  Before these changes, when someone sold a home, they typically had to pay a 5% or 6% commission, which was split between their own agent and the buyer's agent. Wait😮 what does this mean for someone that wants to buy a home? T he BIG CHANGE  is Buyers have to sign a written agreement laying out commission rates with their agent. This agreement has to be sign before touring a home in person or virtually. In some states this is already the standard. It will specify how much you are going to pay that agent.  Also, when getting a home, the seller would offer down payment assistance or closing cost... Well😕the seller money can be used for other things like your buyer'
